Chocolate Bliss Brownie
1⁄2 cup oil
Toppings (optional): chocolate or caramel icing
- Lightly oil an 8” square silicone pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk eggs with oil. Stir in mix, then scrape batter into pan. Smooth top as best you can; batter is dense.
- Microwave, uncovered, on high for 4 min. Rest in for 6 min, then unmold onto a cooling rack. Or, bake in preheated 350° F for 15-20 min and cool in pan before serving.
- Top with icing, if desired.
