Hot Mexican Pinwheels

Ingredients
1⁄4 cup light cream cheese
1⁄2 cup grated low-fat cheese
1 tbsp finely diced red pepper
2 tsp diced jalapeño peppers
1 green onion, finely diced
1 tspFajita Seasoning
4 (7in /14 cm) tortillas
Preparation
- Blend first 6 ingredients.
- Spread mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- Roll tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or up to 3 days.
- Preheat oven to 450° F (203° C).
- Slice rolls into 1" rounds and place seam side down on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner.
- Bake 5 - 7 minutes.
