Summer Toppers Corn Butters

Make, take, and wow 'em! Perfect for camping, bbqs, and block parties!
Ingredients
1 cup butter, room temperature
2 - 3 tbspBetter Than Bacon Topper, or your favourite
1 tbsp lemon juice
Preparation
- Stir butter with Topper of your choice and lemon juice.
- On waxed paper or plastic wrap, form butter into a log about 8 inches long. Roll up and seal.
- Refrigerate until firm, 20 minutes, then slice into coins.
