Maple-glazed goodness with a punch of garlic to enjoy from coast to coast to coast. A sweet and sticky crowd-pleaser!
2 tbsp Oh Canada Dry Glaze
1 tbsp oil
1 lb (450 g) salmon filet
- Combine first 2 ingredients in a re-sealable bag or bowl, add salmon and massage to evenly coat. Let stand in fridge for at least 10 minutes.
- Grill or pan-fry over medium-low heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with delicious prepared Mustard Glaze: Stir 1 tbsp mix in 1⁄2 cup honey mustard. Brush on salmon during last 10 minutes of cooking.
