Serve in a pita with 1 cup leafy greens, 1⁄2 cup chopped veggies, and 1 tbsp Epicure Dressing.
1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
3 tbsp light sour cream
*1 tbspBeef & Steak SeasoningorSPG Seasoning
1⁄2 cup finely ground walnuts
1⁄2 tsp Sea Salt (Grinder)
- Preheat oven to 400° F. Line Sheet Pan with a Sheet Pan Liner.
- Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Form into 24 small meatballs. Place on pan. Bake in oven until browned, about 15 minutes.
