Black Bean Spread
It’s a fiesta of flavour. This easy-to-make dip is great for entertaining and game nights. And leftovers are so good in quick quesadillas.
1 can (14 oz/398 ml) black beans, rinsed and drained
1⁄4 cupCreamy Ranch Dip, prepared
1 tsp Black Bean Dip Mix
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
- In food processor, blend all ingredients, adding water if necessary, to desired consistency.
- Spoon into serving dish, cover, and chill.
